The straightforward answers.
A quick guide to what TeamTrack does, where integrations fit and how an implementation takes shape.
Is TeamTrack an equipment rental or warehouse system?
No. TeamTrack focuses on people, compliance and operational delivery. It integrates with rental platforms including OnRent Events, HireHop and HireTrack NX so you can keep your preferred inventory and warehouse system.
Can TeamTrack handle both employees and freelancers?
Yes. Permanent teams and freelancers have purpose-built workflows for scheduling, availability, records, time, documents and communication.
How is TeamTrack priced?
TeamTrack is a monthly subscription service based on the number of team-member users and the modules you use. Freelancer billing is flexible, so charges reflect the freelancers who are added to events during the billed month.
What counts as a team-member user?
A user is any team member who uses TeamTrack to plan events for others or who is added to events, working time or non-working days.
Do we pay for every freelancer in our network?
No. You are only charged for a freelancer when they are added to events in the month being billed. Sending availability requests or maintaining freelancer information does not create a charge by itself.
Is there a minimum signup period?
No. TeamTrack has no minimum signup period.
What is included in the Core Modules?
The Core Modules provide the shared operational foundation for planning people, events and related information. Optional modules such as TimeCard App, TeamTrack Files, Forms, CDM / RAMS, Project Tracker, Freelancer Invoice Upload and Xero can be added according to the operation you need.
Does TeamTrack work across multiple sites or departments?
Yes. TeamTrack can support multiple departments, sites, brands and operational groups with configurable access controls.
Can TeamTrack be adapted to our processes?
Yes. Bespoke modules, integrations, forms, exports and workflow changes are a core part of the TeamTrack service.
What is the difference between the TeamTrack App and TimeCard App?
The TeamTrack App gives individuals mobile access to their events, shifts, availability, travel, time, expenses, mileage, leave, files and notifications. TimeCard App turns a managed shared tablet into a configurable attendance and visitor terminal with face, search, PIN and QR identification routes where enabled.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. The migration approach depends on the quality, structure and source of your existing employee, freelancer and operational data. We agree the scope and validation process as part of implementation.
What if our existing software is not listed as an integration?
We can assess a bespoke integration, scheduled import, controlled export or other practical connection. The available approach depends on the other system and the access it provides.
Can we export data and reports?
Yes. TeamTrack supports reports and controlled Excel exports, with the information available to each person limited by their access permissions.
What training and support are provided?
TeamTrack is deployed with training appropriate to the agreed setup. Existing customers can contact support@teamtrack.uk for ongoing help, while new enquiries can contact info@teamtrack.uk.
How does TeamTrack protect our information?
TeamTrack uses role-based access controls, encrypted transport, controlled infrastructure access, backups, monitoring and secure development practices. Further details are available on the Security and Policies pages.
Can we trial TeamTrack before subscribing?
Yes. Request a free trial and we will help select the most relevant modules, users and starting configuration so your team can evaluate TeamTrack meaningfully.
How quickly can we get started?
The implementation depends on company structure, data migration and integrations. A demo lets us map the right rollout and identify what can be configured immediately.
