TeamTrack is a cloud-based team and event management platform created for companies working across live events, audio visual production and other people-led operations. It brings team schedules, freelancers, travel, production information, time, documents and compliance into one connected operational picture.
Its modular structure means a business can start with the parts it needs and add more as the operation develops. TeamTrack supports companies of very different sizes, from small specialist teams to multi-site, multi-department and multi-brand organisations coordinating hundreds of people.

TeamTrack keeps those details connected without imposing a single way of working.
Visual planning makes it easier to understand the shape of the schedule, see where people and vehicles are committed, identify gaps and coordinate activity across teams. The same event can then carry the production documents, travel details, working information and compliance records needed to deliver it.
Team members and freelancers can receive availability requests and booking confirmations, view the details relevant to them, add expenses and mileage, manage leave and access event information through the TeamTrack app. Administrators retain the wider operational view and the controls appropriate to their role.
